This template works the exact same as the standard {{Year category header}} template, except that it is exclusively used on categories regarding years and decades of comic issue releases for the sake of navigation. To use it, simply type a year between 1992 and 2024 on the "1" parameter. This will show the four years before and after the selected year. Alternatively, type in a decade between the 1990s and the 2020s, which shows all of the year categories in that decade.
