Saban Brands 是一家位于加利福尼亚州洛杉矶的美国投资公司，专注于媒体、娱乐和通信投资。该公司由 Haim Saban 于2010年成立，Saban Capital Group 拥有 Saban Films,[1][2]，是 Univision Communications 的一部分，也是 Celestial Tiger Entertainment 的一部分。[3][4] Saban Brands 于2018年7月2日停止运营，原因是哈斯布罗公司计划收购。[5]
2012年5月1日，Saban Capital Group的附属公司Kidsco Media Ventures LLC 出价1000万美元，收购部分 4Kids Entertainment 的资产，包括《Sonic X》在美国的版权。[6][7]
《索尼克 X》从2012年10月6日到2014年9月27日在CW网络的 Vortexx 星期六早上播出。
2015年，《索尼克 X》的版权从Saban Brands转移到了 Discotek Media。
