Saban Brands 是一家位於加利福尼亞州洛杉磯的美國投資公司，專注於媒體、娛樂和通信投資。該公司由 Haim Saban 於2010年成立，Saban Capital Group 擁有 Saban Films,[1][2]，是 Univision Communications 的一部分，也是 Celestial Tiger Entertainment 的一部分。[3][4] Saban Brands 於2018年7月2日停止運營，原因是哈斯布羅公司計劃收購。[5]
2012年5月1日，Saban Capital Group的附屬公司Kidsco Media Ventures LLC 出價1000萬美元，收購部分 4Kids Entertainment 的資產，包括《Sonic X》在美國的版權。[6][7]
《索尼克 X》從2012年10月6日到2014年9月27日在CW網絡的 Vortexx 星期六早上播出。
2015年，《索尼克 X》的版權從Saban Brands轉移到了 Discotek Media。
