瑪利歐&索尼克 AT 2016里約奧運 (Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games マリオ&ソニック AT リオオリンピック?, Mario & Sonikku AT Rio Orinpikku) lit. "Mario & Sonic AT Rio Olympics" 是瑪利歐和索尼克系列的第五款遊戲，分別發行了Wii U和Nintendo 3DS版本。該遊戲於2015年5月31日首次在日本任天堂Direct上公布。[5][6]

Mario and Sonic have been responsible for some of the biggest selling video titles of all time, and while they've both been seen in a number of coin-op games, they've never been seen in the same one until now.
