Sonic Generations of Skate是在「The Clash at Clairemont」（也被稱為clash 7）的滑板為癌症研究活動中舉行的眾多比賽之一。這場比賽得到了Sega的支持，並為宣傳Sonic Generations，Sonic the Hedgehog 20周年紀念以及Sonic Lost World。[1]

參賽者都來自過去的三代滑板運動：
- 第一代: Tony Hawk、Mike McGill、Kevin Staab 和 Sergie Ventura。
- 第二代: Andy Macdonald、Pierre Luc Gagnon、Bucky Lasek 和 Lincoln Ueda。
- 第三代: Adam Taylor、Elliot Sloan、Paul-Luc Ronchetti 和 Mitchie Brusco。

- 三代滑板手的代表與Sonic Generations中的三個遊戲機代代表的階段相似。
