"Open Your Heart"是《Sonic Adventure》的主題曲，由Crush 40演唱。這是一首硬搖滾歌曲。後來有一些混音版本，其中包括由Bentley Jones和K-Klub製作的版本。

這首歌由Jun Senoue和Kenichi Tokoi作曲；前者也擔任主音結他手，多年來一直擔任Sonic和Sega相關遊戲的音樂總監。在歌曲的早期演示版本中，Senoue甚至為歌曲提供了人聲。最後，來自Hardline的Johnny Gioeli，被選為主唱，該組合後來成為了Crush 40（他們直到幾年後才正式被命名為Crush 40）。歌曲中還包括了貝斯手Naoto Shibata和鼓手Hirotsugu Homma。他們後來分別加入了兩個不同的樂隊，即Loudness和Anthem。
