"I'm Here"[1]是《索尼克未知边境》的主题曲。由大谷智哉作曲，To Octavia的Merry Kirk-Holmes演唱。
游戏中并没有播放这首主题曲的完整版，但歌曲的钢琴序曲可以在游戏的标题屏幕上听到。还有一首 "re-edit" 的版本用于与Supreme的战斗，其中的器乐轨道在战斗的第一阶段出现，主唱轨道在第二阶段播放。
