"I'm Here"[1]是《索尼克未知邊境》的主題曲。由大谷智哉作曲，To Octavia的Merry Kirk-Holmes演唱。
遊戲中並沒有播放這首主題曲的完整版，但歌曲的鋼琴序曲可以在遊戲的標題屏幕上聽到。還有一首 "re-edit" 的版本用於與Supreme的戰鬥，其中的器樂軌道在戰鬥的第一階段出現，主唱軌道在第二階段播放。
這首曲目最早於2022年6月28日的Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase中傳遞了一小部分的信息，[3]之後在播放電影《刺蝟索尼克2》之前的日本電影放映中也播放了一部分。[4][5]官方刺蝟索尼克社交媒體賬戶在2022年9月8日正式預告了這首曲目。[6][7] 2022年9月12日，該歌曲的短版本以及額外的「Theme of Starfall Islands」軌道通過EP Sonic Frontiers - Main Theme EP發佈。[8] 完整版於2022年12月7日發佈，作為原聲帶專輯《Sonic Frontiers Original Soundtrack Stillness & Motion》的一部分。[9]
